Managing Partner - Chief Compliance Officer
Ryan acts as our Manging Director and Chief Compliance Officer, where he partners with the Director of Operations and greater team to ensure compliance to regulations and also ensure we are providing a a great client experience through alignment of our leadership, culture, and strategy. He is also a Certified Futurist and Long-Term Analyst, giving him a skillset of analyzing future trends and predicting through analysis of market conditions, trends, and technology trends.
Ryan is an entrepreneur, venture capitalist, and education innovation advocate. He is a Managing Partner at LOUD Capital and is the Partner In Charge of its LOUDX Growth Studio consultancy. Prior to LOUD, Ryan acted as a CFO/COO at several high growth organizations and venture capital firms. He began his career with ten years of experience in commercial/business banking at JPMorgan Chase.
Ryan is a husband to his wife of twenty-one years and a father to two children. He has served on boards of non-profits and social enterprises and has co-led community impact events over the past decade in Columbus and around the country.
